Scrapbook Layout Share #9

I had some time today that I was able to do a page for my 2014 Scrapbook.

The inspiration came from Pinterest: Scrappy Sketches - Tiffany Dickson. She has great sketch ideas!

I used a combination of  Bo Bunny, The Paper Studio, My Mind's Eye paper and a few scraps.
The embellishments included buttons from Deb www.craftinchaos.com, glitter stickers from Glitz and Glitter, My Mind's Eye and a few more.
As you'll see my Cricut Explore came in handy too! I used Elegant Edges and The First Year.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

2015 Anaheim Scrapbook Expo Haul

Here are the things I bought at the Anaheim Scrapbook Expo on Friday. Well, I had forgot another bag in my car after I had already uploaded this video so, I'll make something with "those things" and post a video.
My dogs were definitely barking at the end of the day but a nice warm bubbly bath and a good night sleep and I was back in my crafting room. Now, that's a die hard crafter, right?

Just A Scrappin Design Team Weekly Challenge - Use Vellum

Hey there!
I love the look of vellum! For this week's Just-A-Scrappin Design Team weekly challenge we're using vellum on our cards. I embossed the vellum then used my chalks to highlight the petals of the flowers. The striped paper behind it is a bit busy so, next time I'll use something with less of a pattern.
The stamp is from one of Marys new stamp sets that just got released. If you want to go check out her stamps www.cardztvstamps.blogspot.com.

Cricut Meet and Greet

Some of you may have heard my announcement on youtube or have visited the www.cricuteers.blogspot.com  but in case you didn't...tonight I will be participating in a Cricut Meet and Greet in Anaheim, CA plus having dinner with Ashish Arora, CEO of Cricut, and the staff. I feel like a little girl who has just been told she can have that puppy she's been wanting. I'm so super excited. Lots of pictures will be taken so I'll be sure to post them.
Thanks all!

Just-A-Scrappin Design Team Weekly Challenge - Use Sparkles

Hey everyone!
For the Just-A-Scrappin Design www.just-a-scrappin.blogspot.com Team Challenge this week we are making a card using sparkles. Now, the first thing I think of when I hear "sparkles" is glitter.  So, I added a bit of glitter to this one.

Materials used:
Card base: DCWV (green) from their box of cards and envelopes
Layer: Scrap
Stamp Set: My Craft Spot "Flowers In A Jar"
Sentiment: Thank You. CTMH - Artist Cricut cartridge
Other: Copic Markers. Recollections green glitter

First, I stamped the stems and added the flower and leaves. For the stems I used Momento black Tuxedo ink and for the leaves I used Tim Holtz peeled paint distress ink. I fussy cut the flowers and stems.
For the sparkle is put glue in the middle of the flower and pours green glitter.

Sorry, no video.
