Just Because

Ronald McDonald House of Pasadena Card Series #1 - Happy Birthday Balloon

I'm so excited to be designing, creating and donating cards for the Ronald McDonald House of Pasadena. This hospital is for children who are having medical challenges that cannot find a local doctor or hospital in their area to help plus they house the family members. SCV Senior Center

Hi all!
Once a month my friend, Catherine, and I go to the Senior center and do crafts with them. Today, we did a really cute 4th of July mason jar.

Just Because card

Here's an easel card I made for my friend, Cynthia. I'm hoping this will cheer her up. She lost her mom to cancer just recently and I've been thinking about her with Mother's Day coming up.

Mother's Day Card

The contrast of the white embossing against the craft cardstock sure is pretty. Then add a few flowers and a Mother's Day sentiment and the card is complete.

Mother's Day Card - Vintage style

Here's a Mother's Day card I made using a vintage style technique. This look is so elegant.

Materials used:
Card base: 110 lb Recollections cardstock (A2)
Layer: Waterford watercolor paper (5 1/4 x 4)
Distress Ink: Ranger Spun Sugar & Peeled Paint

Miss You card

I try to spend a few hours a week making cards for the Operation Write Home Organization Write now, the first half of the year "holidays" are at a close so I'm working on other themes that they need like "Miss You", "Thank You", "Happy Birthday", etc.

Happy Birthday shaker card

I finally used my Fuse tool! It's super easy. I used it to make the pockets for the sequins.
